Base Gallery

Base Gallery is a contemporary art gallery founded in 1986.
At the same time as holding 6-8 exhibitions a year in the gallery space, we also handle a wide range of art dealings. Not only in Japan but also in the United States, Europe, and Asia, we have many purchasing routes, and we deal with works of all genres such as sculptures and photographs centering on modern to contemporary paintings. We have also put particular emphasis on contemporary art in Southeast Asia and East Asia, and the number of transactions is the largest in Japan.
We believe that "art" and "art" are one of the pleasures of life. Focusing on the rich edge, I have been actively engaged in work that attempts to intersect with music, literature, food, etc.
In recent years, he has been involved in the planning and production of an art museum "artegio" (Yufuin, Kyushu) whose theme is "music and art."
