Artist Statement
My work can be summed up as a confluence of color and texture. A harmonious application, intense complementary colors, applied in layers lend my artwork the texture and weight only seen in nature. An intense color palette and intrepid work open up possibilities of creativity. The intermingling of color and texture gives a feel of the surface of individual components. The variety of colors, shades, application techniques, and textures naturally add to the intrinsic beauty of the artwork leaving the viewer
