Galerie Grand Siecle was established in 1999 by Mr. Richard, Hsueh-Kung, CHANG. As one of the most important galleries focusing on Taiwanese contemporary art especially new media art, the galley often presents emerging new media artists by curating exhibitions and participating in international art fairs.
